On October 17th, Super Junior leader Leeteuk uploaded the photo above on his Twitter.
Along the photo, he tweeted “We will wait for Super Junior. Be together forever, SuJu E.L.F♥~♥“.
Super Junior concluded their promotions yesterday in SBS Inkigayo. The group is now set to kick off their concert in Taiwan with f(x), miss A and 2AM next month. Super Junior will also be having a world concert tour entitled “SUPER SHOW 4″ starting this November in Seoul. The boys will then head to various major cities including Osaka, Beijing, Taipei, Bangkok, Singapore and regions in America and Europe as well.

Super Junior’s Leeteuk caught snoozing in the dressing room

Someone managed to get a paparazzi shot of Super Junior’s Leeteuk taking a nice snooze on a couch in his dressing room.
Leeteuk uploaded the picture himself through his Twitter. Laughing, he wrote, “Sleeping homeless man. I look like I have nothing. lol I guess I was tired lol”
Although Leeteuk’s outfit looks pretty sharp, his sleeping position and slack mouth made fans crack up after seeing the picture.
The fans commented, “He’s still so cute,” “You look so tired,” and “Why do I want a massage when you’re sleeping?”

ELF had a wonderful night last Saturday

Super Junior, who is youthful, loves playing crazily, and performs seriously, returns to Malaysia once again after a year to stir things up. Last year, the best selling point was their muscles, and this year, they’ve added in even more ingredients; there are flying men, flying kisses, flying balls, “sweaty shirts”, powerful dance performances, surprises, allowing you to touch their faces and hands and more. They’ve cooked up a super buffet for fans this time, no matter the taste or style, the fans were able to see until they were full, until their eyes hurt, and shout “order” until their voices cracked!

The Super Show 3, which once again brings into play powerful special effects, was full of glamour, and used special stage effects, hot dances, funny costumes and VCRs to dominate the fans’ attentions. The 10 members of SJ and also special guests from SJ-M, Henry and Zhou Mi showed off their powerful dances, and the fans also screamed with all their might.

During this sold-out concert which lasted around 3 hours, it seemed as though you could not hear any form of applause in the venue, because everyone were seriously busy, having to raise fansigns, create a blue sea (the whole venue was lighted up by blue lightsticks, SJ’s representative colour), or waving to their idols, so everyone could only use their voices which were on the verge of cracking due to the excessive screaming in order to show their support.

During the concert, aside from showing off the powerful dance numbers which they are the best in, they even slotted in ‘tear-inducing’ and expressive segments, causing the fans to shout that: “This is really too unforgettable!”

Why was it tear-inducing? The reason is because Kangin finally ‘made an appearance’! Even though Kangin had (temporarily) left the group and enlisted into the army, his SJ spirit still remains in everyone’s hearts. Appearing on the large screen, Kangin wore a hat, and under the projection which was created using special effects and also the lights, it allowed everyone to see him playing musical instruments together with the other members, and when added the effects of emotional music, it caused all of the fans who missed him to be teary-eyed.

This time’s concert could be divided into three sections, which are the dynamic white performance during the opening of the show, the individual expressiveness and charm show in the middle, and the enticing black lure during the ending, alongside the funny “costumes”. The SJ members walked through the entire venue thoroughly and entertained them well, and would occasionally hug the presents which were thrown onto the stage by fans before throwing it back into the crowd. Because of the hug, the pricetag of these presents immediately flew sky high, especially the sweat-soaked t-shirt worn by Leeteuk for several songs, which was thrown into the crowd right?!

The fans who sat at the “handshaking seats” (terrace) had even more benefits, because apart from being able to shake the hands of the members, Donghae, whom really loves to take photos, took their camera to do a selca and to do a group shot with the fans. Heechul, Sungmin, Kyuhyun and Leeteuk were also the same, causing the fans to be overjoyed.


Super cool stage lighting

The three-sided stage of SS3 can seriously be described as super cool!

There were huge LED screens put up on either side of the stage in order to project the live recordings of the show, thoroughly taking care of the fans who were seated at the upper tiers. As for the center of the stage, it could be said that it was full of machinery-use; following the entrances which were used to pop out everywhere during last year’s SS2, the middle portion of the stage had an added two round-shaped LED screen, together with one large and one small rotating portion, allowing them to sing while spinning around. Also, the part allowed ‘someone to fly out’ as well!

The stage for this time’s SS3, which was organized by Running Into The Sun (RITS), was designed in accordance with the rest of the tours. This year’s biggest surprise is that there were flying men for everyone to see. During the opening show, Donghae flew three-stories high alone, and he who was completely dressed in white appeared looking like an angel, causing the fans to want to worship them like a god!

Aside from that, while singing “No Other”, Leeteuk and Sungmin also became flying angels. The both of them had blue balloons tied onto them, and they sprinkled shredded paper around, pushing the fans’ emotions to the top, leading them into another high.


Distributing balls around the venue, causing madness
Super Junior, who has a youthful vigor, plenty of energy, hilarious, and humorous, chaotically played on the stage, causing the fans below the stage to be dazzled while watching!

SJ, who loves to play and joke around, can also play seriously aside from singing and dancing seriously during the concert. Taking a basket around the venue to distribute balls, causing even Kyuhyun, who is unusually playful and sneaky, started putting his autograph on the balls and gave away kisses. The fans that caught these balls would probably bring them home and put them in a frame, wouldn’t they?

In addition, the very playful Sungmin and Donghae stood in the middle of the stage, where one of them threw the balls while the other hit them with a stick to give the balls to the fans. This ball-distributing segment practically made the fans chase every single action with their eyes, all in fear of missing something out.

Towards the end of the show, they even took the stage in vegetable costumes, and the most eye-catching one would be the ultimate ‘beansprout costume’ worn by Donghae. Aside from that, every single portion of the stage that was walked past by the members would have a trail of presents, which were thrown onto the stage by fans, causing the stage to be in a huge mess.

At the end of the concert, Siwon even made an appeal to the fans in English, hoping that everyone would pray together for the sake of the victims of the Japanese earthquake, and also to lend a helping hand in order to help them get over their difficult times. So the fans should save the money spent on presents, and help perform charity work instead!

SJ FANS’ STRONG BACKING, HEECHUL SHEDS TEARS!!

Korean group Super Junior held Super Show 3 Taiwan’s second concert at Taipei’s Super Dome yesterday. Leader Leeteuk said: “The last time we came, we had two concerts and because of fans’ love, we could have three concerts this time, let’s see if we can challenge four next year.”

Last night, Heechul did not participate in some of the performances due to his facial injury. During the ending stage, fans chanted “Milky white skin Kim Heechul, I love you Kim Heechul” in Korean causing Heechul whom has been acknowledged by the members as the person who is least likely to shed tears to be moved to tears despite wearing his mask. Last night, fans collected funds amounting to 30000 Taiwan dollars to prepare food support. Donghae generously gave full marks to the fans’ effort and strong backing. He said “we saw the surprise prepared by our fans and we are very touched.”

Super Junior frequently visits Taiwan and shows off their Chinese demonstrating sincerity. Donghae joked in Chinese saying “Dearest dream lovers, please come into my dream after the end of today’s concert. You need to line up to purchase tickets to watch our concert, but you don’t need to do that to come into my dream. Therefore, when you enter my dream tonight, please give me a call.” Shindong spontaneously performed “Mum is the best in this world”* and “Justice Pao”**.

TRAX who was the guest performer for the first concert was accompanied by Zhou Mi and Henry during last night’s performance after TRAX’s main vocal Jay injured his left foot.

Super Junior is scheduled to release their fifth album this year and have their Asia tour while Super Junior-M has recently released their new 2nd mini album “Perfection”. Leeteuk said: “We kept hearing good news while we were in Korea that “Miinah” has claimed first place for 41 consecutive weeks in Taiwan. We would not be able to achieve such good results without the encouragement and love from fans. We are truly grateful to them.”

SUPER SHOW 3 : EVERY FANGIRL’S SUPER DREAM!!

Super Show 3: The 10 incredibly talented boys danced and sang their hearts out in the three-hour show.

MANILA, Philippines – Much has been said about Super Show 3, which was held last Feb. 26 at the Araneta Coliseum. Some claimed that it was crazy, others expressed it was the “best show that they’ve seen.” But really, everyone would agree that they got more than what they paid for.

The much-awaited concert was planned and prepared for almost half a year by Pulp Live Productions — the same people who bring us the yearly rock fest, PULP Summer Slam. Indeed, they have proven once again why they’re one of the leaders in the industry with the high production value of Super Junior’s Manila leg show. The quality of the concert is the same quality that fans from across Asia experience. In fact, word has it that many of the equipment and props were even flown in from Korea, Singapore and Bangkok.

Will BEAST be the target of "Ten-Minute" at the 2011 Dream Concert?

At the 2008 Dream Concert, Cassiopeia, ELF, and Triple-S all turned off their glowsticks and stayed silent during Girls' Generation's stage. The incident was covered up by editing on broadcast, but many fans who were there disproved the broadcast with pictures and fancams.

The silent treatment is dubbed "Ten-Minute," because the audience stays silent for the ten minutes that the artist is on stage. It received a lot of criticism not only from Sones but also from other members of Cassiopeia, ELF, and Triple-S.

However, it may be happening again at Dream Concert 2011, and its target will be BEAST this year. Some B2uties have set themselves apart from many fanbases because of how they are acting toward members of other idol groups. There have been many incidents where some B2uties have gone into other idols' fan cafes and started to bash the idols and compare them to BEAST, saying things such as "BEAST sings better than SHINee," "BEAST is better looking than TVXQ," "BEAST dances better than 2PM," and have even gone to say "BEAST is just better than MBLAQ."

There have been cases on the color dispute regarding Junhyung's glowstick. The glowstick in question creates a pinkish purple color when the red and the blue parts are put together. Since blue is Super Junior's color, red is TVXQ's color, and pink is Girls' Generations', their respective fanclubs have spoken up in protest. However, their protests have been either ignored or laughed at by some B2uties, making fans furious.

However, some fans, B2uty and others alike, are suspicious that it may be antis instead of actually B2uties that are causing such a havoc. As a result, many fans are against the "Ten-Minute" against BEAST, and B2uties have pleaded with other fans to not punish the BEAST members for something that some bad-mannered fans have done.

Super Junior, Golden Disk Awards’ Asia Popularity Award.. “Thank you to the overseas fans”

Group Super Junior has won the Asia Popularity Award at the 25th Golden Disk Awards.
Super Junior, who enjoyed a smothering popularity through (the song) ‘Miinah’, was selected as the winner for the MSN Asia Popularity Award and went onto the podium to receive their award at the Korea University Gym in Seoul on the 9th (of December).

In particular, following their win for the Popularity Award at last year’s Golden Disk Awards ceremony, getting the Asia Popularity Award this time boasted the fact that they are the most popular group.

Super Junior said that “We know that this broadcast is also being aired in other Asian countries. We think that this is an award given by the Asian fans. In the future, there would be more groups spreading (their activities) overseas.” Member Eunhyuk sent their greetings and expressed their thanks using Thai, Chinese, Japanese, Malay, and Italian, bringing laughter to everyone.

Super Junior, Kim Dongwan and Lee Seungchul’s fans donate rice

Lately, it has become a trend for fans to come together to donate tons of rice for children in need, in the names of their favorite celebrities.

Super Junior’s E.L.F came together to buy 620 kg of rice for Siwon to celebrate his birthday and the red carpet event for “Athena: Goddess of War”. Siwon revealed that he will be donating it to UNICEF, where he had regularly made donations to. Sungmin’s fans went even further and gave him 1.5 tons of rice at the press conference for “President.” Sungmin has donated the rice to the handicapped.

Lee Seungchul had also gotten hundreds of bags of rice for his birthday. g.o.d’s Son Hoyoung also received 1.5 tons of rice on his birthday, and actor An Jaewook had gotten more than 4 tons for his birthday. Shinhwa’s Kim Dongwan was even gifted rice from 7 different countries. Dongwan has decided to donate rice to each of the seven countries.

The fans always buy rice with the intention of helping farmers who are not doing too well. Then this rice is donated to people in need, so lots of people are getting help for their needs. Despite news of fanclubs in war and doing things that other people may shake their heads at, this serves as a reminder that fanclubs also make charitable contributions to society by donating to causes in their celebrity’s name.

Super Junior Sungmin Felt Fan's Love For Him

Returning as an actor once again after five years, Super Junior’s Sungmin felt fans’ love for him.

To celebrate Sungmin’s appearance in the drama “President”, local fans as well as Asian fans from countries such as China and Taiwan caught the eyes of many with the numerous flower arrangements they sent. The MC of the event, KBS announcer Han Seokjoon, said, “There are so many presents from Sungmin’s fans that we can no longer tell who the lead actor is.”
