As we inch closer to the release of Hangeng’s first solo Mandarin album, Geng Xin, he has now released the first MV in what will be a movie-like trilogy series.
The first MV is based off his track, 飞蛾扑火 (Moths to Flame/Fatal Attraction/Fire) is filmed with the concept of the main character’s internal struggle under the lights and cameras, his weariness of the world, how he wants to escape and his longing to a simple life.
At the same time, the MV’s beginning and ending shows the plot line through the usage of a comic book, detailed pictures and Hangeng’s determined look in his eyes are put together with HanGeng’s powerful and dazzling dance. Other songs included in this trilogy include Say No and 撑伞 (Holding Umbrella) and fans will just have to wait a little while more to view them.
