It’s been announced that Davichi‘s Lee Haeri has been cast in the upcoming musical, ’Mozart, L’Opera Rock‘!
Lee Haeri will play the role of ‘Constanze‘, a charming girl who loves Mozart unconditionally and later marries him to become the last woman in the famed musician’s short-lived life.
‘Mozart, L’Opera Rock’ won’t be Lee Haeri’s first musical production — the singer previously took part in ‘Tears of Heaven‘, where she played the role of ‘Lyn‘ alongside JYJ‘s Junsu. Having amazed audiences with her powerful acting and strong vocals in that debut role, anticipation is now rising high for her second musical project.
‘Mozart, L’Opera Rock’ premiered in France back in 2009, and has since been seen by over 1.5 million people. For the Korean production, Flower‘s Go Yoo Jin, musical actor Kim Ho Young, and Park Han Geun will play the main role of ‘Mozart’.
‘Mozart, L’Opera Rock’ will premier in Korea in February 2012, so be sure to check back to allkpop for more updates!
