As celebrities are hurrying to wish fans a Happy Lunar New Year, FT Island blessed their fans with New Years greetings. They warned fans to be careful of the cold, and hoped that all their fans would be happy during the Lunar New Year.
Seunghyun said, "We've been focusing on overseas promotions. This year we want to continue that, and we want to become the nation's band as well." Jaejin said, "We had our major debut in Japan last year and had a pretty good success. This year, I want to hold big concerts both in and out of Korea. People also say I'm still like a child, so I want to become a man. Even now, I work out whenever I have time." Hongki picked out one thing he wanted to change and declared, "I'm very inconsistent with my voice and I want to change that." Jonghoon wanted to increase his confidence and Minhwan wanted to make a lot of money.
Labelmate CN Blue also tweeted New Years blessings on their official twitter. Minhyuk first tweeted, "Have a lot of fun with family in the New Year holidays!! I'm going to be practicing drums in the New Year holiday and I'll come back cooler than ever!!" Jungshin tweeted, "It's been a long time, it's Jungshin. The Lunar New Year holiday starts tomorrow! Have a good time with your family... Happy New Year," along with a picture of himself and Minhyuk bowing.
Leader Yonghwa followed with, "It's cold at night in Paju....... Everyone!! Happy new year, and give a bit of extra luck to me kekekeke Be careful in the holidays and see you Sunday!!!" Jonghyun finished the tweets by saying, "Hello, it's the guitarist Jonghyun. The day after tomorrow is the Lunar New Year! I'm going to be spending it with the members, ha. We're practicing a lot, so be careful. When you go back home, listen to CN Blue's songs!!!"
