KP-Pop Pointen make its way.


New Korean-Pinoy pop group Pointen make its way on Philippine music scene as it start to dominate the music industry with their unique music.

This quartet group was composed by both Korean (Vicc and Yuju)
and Filipino (Garyn and Sharien). The quartet recently launched their debut album “Dance Floor Prima Donna” at SM Mall of Asia Music Hall. During the showcase, Pointen sang their promotional single, “Shake It,” and demonstrated to the audience how to execute that dance step that goes with the song.

It was revealed that their “Dance Floor” was recorded in Play Studio and mastered in Sonic Korea in Seoul. The band performing for Korean star Rain did session work on some of "Dance Floor"seven tracks. The music--which the girls call as KP-pop or Korean Pinoy-pop -- has English lyrics penned by award-winning poet and university professor Mark Anthony Cayanan.

The album design of “Dance Floor Diva” was done by Zongwook Han,a Korean designer recognized at the Cannes Film Festival. Pointen’s stylist is Jungmi Hong, a top designer for Obzee, the most expensive luxury brand in Korea.
Their choreographer is Waackin Jina, a renowned Korean dancer.
