Infinity Challenge PD Tweets About Big Bang and G-Dragon

A fan of Big Bang asked the PD of “Infinity Challenge”, Kim Taeho, about GD’s leg injury because he went to Big Bang’s concert in Japan, he replied to her about his leg and also told a little something Myungsoo said to GD. This was tweeted about 7 hours ago.

Today GD’s right foot was in a cast.. the concert was the best.. he was really an inspiration… Myung Soo hyung said to G-Dragon “Even if my age is a lot higher than yours I’m not your hyung, for working so hard in trying to succeed, you are my hyung. Feed me…”

To be honest I thought about how I’m not fully ready to unfold yet, today at Big Bang’s Japanese concert I felt, that I’m still lacking, that I still have a lot to learn… In the meantime doing what I want to do is enough… I will constantly study…

명수형 “지드레곤! 나이가 많다고 내가 형이 아니야…네가 더 성공했으니까 네가 내 형이야… 나이가 무슨 상관있니? 그러니까 밥 한번 사줘라! 형!” ㅎㅎ
Myung Soo hyung said, “G-Dragon! I’m not your hyung just because I’m much older than you… because you work so hard in trying to succeed you’re my hyung…. Do you think age matters? So just feed me for once! Hyung!” he he

SHINee - EMI Japan PD Miyake “Korean Idol Groups Appeal with High Quality Music”

SHINee, an idol group to make an official debut in Japan in March, have chosen as their partner EMI Japan, a company known for producing Utada Hikaru called national singer of Japan. Miyake Akira, who discovered and promoted Utada, will also be the producer for SHINee. After attending SHINee’s solo concert, he said he’d like to promote SHINee as an all-Asian pop group.
Why SHINee?
“I met them in Korea twice. They were fresh. I didn’t hesitate to make my decision to work with them. They are versatile, they can do diferent genres like ballad and dance, and each member has a different musical style. There are many groups with manly and strong images, but SHINee will appeal to the protective instinct of fans with their sensitive and cute images.”

The main target?
“Beyond the existing fanbase of Korean Wave, women of 30~50s, young women of 10~20s are showing explosive responses to them. SHINee is a rare idol group with sustainable contents such as good singing ability, purity, and creativity. It is unusual to make a successful concert even before an official debut and to fill the two and half hour concert only with performances. “

What is the strength of Korean idols?
“Korean idols appeal with their music, not just with constructed talents. Their musical ability and quality is much better than that of Japanese idols, and Korea has a more advanced training system. They come into the market in a perfectly prepared state.”

Your future plan?
Only the debut date has been confirmed. What is certain is that SHINee can’t be defined just as K-pop or J-pop, but will be Asian Pop, that is, A-pop. They will make a success in the Asian pop market after taking in new things from Japan after their debut.

OBS PD blasts “idols” in a series of tweets regarding the TVXQ/JYJ situation

Amidst controversy swirling around SM Entertainment artists voicing their opinions through a series of messages addressing JYJ Junsu’s tweet, an OBS PD that previously interviewed all five of the TVXQ members expressed his own thoughts on January 8th.

Yoon Kyung Cheol is PD to shows such as “OBS Unique Entertainment News,” “Weekend Entertainment Magazine,” and “Good Events, Bad Events, and Weird Events,” and works with a staff of 30.

Yoon began his series of tweets by writing, “Looking at idols lately, it’s not even funny anymore.  Do they think they’re a gang or something?  Why are they ganging up and fighting?  They’re not even the people in question, why leave messages like that?  If they’re public figures, they should act like public figures.  If not, just fight properly.  Why are there laws?  Don’t use the love of fans for your own personal profit, xx idol.

He continued, “Idols are really so funny.  Who do they think made them into who they are?  They probably think it’s themselves or their CEO or something.  Fools, the people that created you are your fans, how could you be so ungrateful?

Yoon re-tweeted a person that stated, “They were trained thoroughly by their company, even the emotions that they are born with is a product of training,” and further added, “It’s upsetting.
He continued, “The problem is that the idols don’t know their place and are acting out like this, but not one adult is restricting them.  Just because they’re nicknamed ‘adult-idols’ doesn’t mean anything.

When asked whether he was the PD that interviewed TVXQ in the past, he added, “You’re right.  When I interviewed TVXQ at the time, they were so happy with themselves that they even wanted to have their children become group singers.”

The PD concluded his series of tweets by writing, “Idols exist to give us hopes and dreams.  I hope that they continue to exist under that reason inside of me, and as much as they are models for their fans, I hope they love all so that misunderstandings do not happen amongst their fans.  I genuinely ask for them to, please.”
