Big Bang's TOP to attend the opening event of the 2011 Blue Dragon Film Awards

Big Bang's TOP will be one of the many notable actors and actresses attending this year's Blue Dragon Film Awards ceremony. He will be appearing at the opening event of the ceremony, following his achievement of a Rookie award.

The Blue Dragon Film Awards have been held annually for over three decades, with the upcoming show being the 32nd ceremony to date. The highly-coveted awards symbolize a high level of achievement, as the show has grown to become one of the two biggest award shows in South Korea's cinema industry.

TOP is scheduled to appear at the opening "hand-print event" of the ceremony along with film stars Sooae, Yoo Haejin, Jung Jaeyoung, Yoon Yeojung, and Lee Minjung.

Each of the actors that have been invited to the hand-print event have achieved a Rookie award for their excellent work in a film. TOP was rewarded with the award following his exceptional portrayal of the leading role in gritty war-film "71:Into The Fire."

The 2011 Blue Dragon Awards ceremony will take place in Seoul at the Kyunghee University Peace Hall on November 25th.

CNBLUE Release Events Gathered 14,000 Fans

CNBLUE held release event at Yomiuri Land East Open Theater!
Gathered around 14,000 audiences, exceptional as new artists!

CNBLUE released their debut single “In My Head” on Wednesday 19th October. And on Sunday 23rd October, they held a live event at Yomiuri Land East Open Theater.



This event, in which only the fortunate fans could participate as they were chosen out of all the CD buyers by lottery (lucky draw). The events was held in four sessions in two days. The previous day, Saturday 22nd October, two events were held in Osaka. For those two days in total, they have gathered about 14,000 fans to all four events.

The live concert started with “Man in Front of the Mirror” at the venue packed with lucky fans that were chosen through the lottery.

YongHwa (vocal & guitar): “(Finally) we could have our major debut, thanks to you all! We want you to listen to our new song!”

He greeted the fans and unveiled “Mr.KIA (Know It All)” and “Rain of Blessing” for the first time, those tracks are included in the major debut single album.

“Mr.KIA (Know It All)” is a cynical track, written and composed by YongHwa.

“Rain of Blessing” is a lyrical ballad track, composed by JongHyun (guitar & vocal).

The venue gradually got heated up.

Then as soon as the intro of the long-awaited debut single “In My Head” started, the fans cheer reached the maximum!! It was wrapped in such a large chorus in the fine weather of autumn sky.

After finishing their live performance of all the 6 tracks (excluding the encore), including three new tracks in their major debut single “In My Head”, the talk session gave the audience the glimpse of CNBLUE members’ real face and they also talked about the roots of music for each member’s music life.

Their roots of the music life are:

JungShin (Bass): MR.BIG, JongHyun (Guitar & Vocal): Eric Clapton, YongHwa (Vocal & Guitar): BON JOVI, and MinHyuk (Drums): Maroon 5. Each member’s personality can be seen in their choice of music.

When the MC asked them further about their enthusiasm for major debut,each member replied;

JungShin: “I’m filled with deep emotion.”

JongHyun: “Without being different from what we have done so far, we will become a band which can respond by our music.”

YongHwa: “We’ll do our best! Please keep supporting us!!”

MinHyuk: “It’s the day of our new departure, and also it’s the prologue of us. We’ll do our best!!”

The messages from CNBLUE unified audiences at the venue. At the end of the live & talk show, there was a lottery of signed posters from CNBLUE. The event ended very successfully.

avex's Statement Concerning JYJ's Charity Event

To Whom It May Concern

Avex Group Holdings Inc.

Concerning the Charity Event by JUNSU/JEJUNG/YUCHUN

There was an announcement on April 5 this year, that JUNSU/JEJUNG/YUCHUN (exclusive artists of our company, hereinafter named “JJY”) will hold a charity support event (hereinafter called “this event”) for the Tohoku Kanto Earthquake Disaster.

This event was planned without receiving any permission from our company, which holds the exclusive management rights for JJY in Japan.

Our company has protested multiple times to the organizer ZAK Corporation (hereinafter named “ZAK Corp”) and JJY’s Korean management company, C-JeS ENTERTAINMENT, Co.ltd (hereinafter named “C-Jes Corp” ). However, they have not listened to our protests, and forced through with the ticket sales unilaterally.

Concerning our company’s above handlings, we have received many comments and requests from JJY fans that this event should push through. Or, that since the sole purpose is for charity, we should especially dissolve the exclusive contract. On the other hand, we have received protests from multiple antisocial forces. Furthermore, we were under duress that our president should be harmed, etc.

However, our company holds the exclusive rights for JJY’s activities in Japan, and we have just taken actions for the infringement rightfullly and properly.

Additionally, as we have announced in our press release of September 16 last year, there remains to be compliance problems such as the criminal record of the President of C-JeS in assaulting/blackmailing an artist (of whom he was in charge of). Moreover, the exclusive contract declaratory judgment is still going on in Korea. Therefore, we have no other choice than to suspend the activities of JJY until these are settled.

In spite of the above circumstances, ZAK Corp and C-JeS have in their joint names, and, as ZAK Corp by itself, have filed two provisional dispositions against our company to the Tokyo District Court, claiming that our company’s handlings have no legitimate basis.

Hereafter, our company will contend our legitimacy at the judicature.

Our company does not think that the JJY members themselves are aware of everything that is happening.
Our company wishes that the JYJ members will understand the situation correctly and the real intention of our company.
Additionally, as we have been consistently commenting, our company long for the day where the compliance and legal problems in Korea will be resolved, and that our company can once again manage JJY. Furthermore, to resume the artists’ activities as Tohoshinki . We will do our best in the future.

For the fans who support JJY, we understand that we are making all of you worry.
We appreciate your kind understanding on the above.

Big Bang holds special handshake event for 2,000 Japanese fans

While many of us were probably dressed up in costumes and/or trick-or-treating, Big Bang was busy greeting fans in Tokyo.

On October 31st, the group made an appearance at the Fukuya bookstore in Ginza to celebrate their new photo book “ELECTRIC LOVE TOUR 2010”. Approximately 2,000 fans showed up for the handshake event, and the boys held on vigorously. It took the group 1 hour and 15 minutes to shake all the fans’ hands.

Leader G-Dragon said, “I’m happy to have met the Japanese fans, making wonderful memories.”

Fanaccount from 2PM fansign event

Finally I'm giving fan account from my mom.

Probably not everyone's going to be interested in this... even so...

Actually, I wanted to upload this sooner,

but I got delayed in a pub, even though I didn't drink (trying to get my body in a better shape)

so I just came back home kkk and had some mom's cooking kkkk

Anyways, whatever it was.

Left home with a set of cookies prepared a night before.

For Khunnie, for Junho, and for my second Junsu. Three in total.

So mom went to the fan sign with these 3 sets

And I was left outside o.o

Afterwards mom and me went home on subway.

Me: Mom, how was it? Tell me, tell me.

Mom: Felt nervous like that for a first time in long while.

Me: Mom, you? Nervous? kkk Wow, tell me quick!

Taecyeon-

He was first. Mom was very nervous

and once she got the sign, she asked "Are there also fans in their 50s?" kkk

But Taecyeonie: "Oh... Thank you."

You babo, mom asked if there are fans in their 50's.

Even so, mom was glad to see Taecyeonie and after receiving a handshake, she went further.

Junsu-

My second... Junsu.

Mom gave the cookies with "My daughter made this.

Junsu: What is this? ^O^

Mom: She made cookies~

And Junsu smiled brightly: Will eat them well!!!

Wooyoung-

Wooyoung didn't seem to be in the best shape, so mom didn't bother him and just went along after receiving his sign.

Nichkhun -

Finally mom reached Nichkhun, if I were to use her words, he was shining kkk

Mom: During the last fan sign, my daughter gave him a hat, did you receive it well?

Khun: Yes, very well!!

Mom was very glad to hear it, and when she gave him the cookies...

Khun's voice sounded like he's caught cold or something ><

Next, two maknaes. After seeing Khun, seems like mom has lost her mind a bit kk

Also, the event was directed really fast and it was hard to talk with them.

Beast holds a surprise guerilla fan signing event

While making several successful comeback performances for their title song, 'Soom', BEAST is heating up online charts every single day. Starting with an autograph session for their 3rd album, they are beginning to receive a lot of offline popularity as well.

Especially, after their decided comeback on the 2nd, BEAST decided to hold a guerilla event at the location of their first ever fan signing, Changwon, to meet fans, personally.

After their debut, Changwon was the first location that they visited and held fan signing. Since that time, the fever of the fans has become much hotter. Fans gathered at the location since early in the morning, with unparalleled success, the fans' cheering for beast was unstoppable from beginning to end. With the special reason that it was the first fan signing after the comeback with the 3rd album, the signing was decided on the spot by the company and the members themselves.

BEAST's opportunities to meet face-to-face with fans has been relatively. For those fans who have felt that it was a shame during that time, they decided to commemorate their first ever fan signing in Changwon. While all the participants of the event were alternating between members, they were able to personally take photos with the members and create several precious memories and the surprise event received a lot of hot response from fans.

Right after the signing event, they had a busy schedule however the members had wanted to create precious memories for the fan, and thus really stood by the position of wanting to hold this event.

After only 2 days since the release of their 3rd album, Mastermind, BEAST has exceeded sales figures of 10 000 copies, and with their comeback, they are being reborn as the best idol group in the second half of 2010. Every one of their comeback stages feature more and more powerful performances and smoother live skills, proving their true talents and receiving praise as a whole from netizens.

On October 3rd's episode of SBS 'Inkigayo' they will be performing their ballad song 'Clenching my fist tight' for the first time. After their special comeback stage, they will be meeting fans at a fan signing in Yongsan. BEAST's title song, 'Soom' is projected to sky-rocket in popularity.
