SNSD to attend Japan Record Award, and MOST LIKELY KBS Music Fest too!

SNSD and Big Bang will be attending Japan’s most prestigious year-end music award ceremony, the 52nd Japan Record Award on December 30th.

SNSD who made an entrance to the Japanese music industry in September this year, will be eyeing for the Best New Artist Award at the prestigious award ceremony. The winner of the Best New Artist Award will be chosen from the 4 winners of New Artist Award namely SNSD, ICONIQ, Kikuchi Madoka and S/Mileage.

Star News was told, “SNSD will be attending this year’s Japan Record Award. On the same day, KBS Music Festival will be held. Most likely, they will be flying back to Korea for KBS Music Festival right after the Japan Record Award”.

Like previous editions, The Japan Record Award, organized by Japan Composer’s Association will be aired LIVE byTBS, a Japanese broadcasting station.

Big Bang Set List + Broadcast Date on TBS of Seoul Tokyo Music Festival 2010

BIGBANG performed today (November 3) with other KPOP artists to celebrate SBS' 20th founding anniversary through the 「Seoul Tokyo Music Festival」. The event was held at the Saitama Super Arena and is co-sponsored by TBS Japan.

Before the event, the participating artists attended a press conference to greet the Japanese media and fans. BIGBANG expressed their joy in perfect Japanese saying, 「We are glad to to be part of this with other Korean artists in representing Korea and we're happy to meet our fans.」

During the concert, BIGBANG performed a total of 5 songs. They sang GARA GARA GO, NUMBER 1, LIES, HARU HARU (Acoustic) and HANDS UP.

The concert will be broadcasted on December 23 on TBS (Japan) from 9PM to 11PM. It will also be broadcasted in Korea but the time and date has yet to be announced.
