On December 25th, F.T. Island’s Lee Hongki tweeted a picture of himself celebrating the Christmas holiday.
F.T. Island had gone to Taiwan for their concert on the 23rd, and the picture above depicts Hongki popping a bottle of champagne to celebrate their success. Hongki then took a swig from the bottle, but instead of swallowing it, he spat it back out.
Now, there were a lot of pictures and videos capturing this moment, but the one that Hongki decided to upload was by far the most popular.
Hongki tweeted, “The picture that came out in a Taiwanese article kk It was when I received an award for breaking a few records kk To the Taiwanese reporters, I said I needed to brag to Heenim now kk”
Netizens who saw this tweet had mixed reactions about the photo, as they said, “I saw this in the newspaper~ so cute :)” and “How disgusting.”
